How long does shipping take?
10–18 business days. We ship from our production partner directly to you — no extra warehouse stop in between, which keeps the price honest.
What is TheDorms 01 made from?

How do I clean it?
A damp cloth. Avoid direct heat or harsh chemicals.
Can I return it?
We don't ask for it back. If it arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll refund you or send a replacement — no return shipping needed. We don't accept returns for change of mind.
