Shipping policy

  • Processing & transit: Caleesa 01 ships in 10–18 business days. We'd rather tell you this upfront than have you wonder later — production and shipping happen through our fulfillment partner, not from a warehouse we hold stock in.
  • Shipping cost: calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
  • Coverage: we currently ship to Spain, the rest of the European Union, and select international destinations (see the shipping options available at checkout for your country).
  • Tracking: you'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
  • Customs & import duties (international orders outside the EU): any customs fees or import duties are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total.
