Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Caleesa purchase.

Because each Caleesa piece ships directly from our production partner and we don't hold physical inventory, we don't offer returns for change of mind. We do stand behind the quality of what we make:

  • If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days of delivery at caleesa.info@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.
  • We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer. No need to send anything back.
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law.
